NOTICE

JENNI TRANG LE WAS ATTACKED BY A BANDIT AT HER FLAT DOOR
UNDER PHUC THINH'S NOSE

At 11:47 PM, on 29 August 2010 Jenni Trang Le , an U.S. citizen tenant of the flat B2 – 9th floor, was followed by a neat and clean man who initiated small talks with her. There was A COINCIDENCE that during the time she met him in front of B elevator until the attack, there was a BLACKOUT AND THE GENERATOR WAS NOT WORKING ( it was unusual !!!). Both walked up by emergency stairs and arrived at her door B2 on the 9th floor. When Jenni opened the door with her key, got into the room and ready to close the door, the man pushed off the door, INTRUDED the flat , punched on Jenni’s face and used electric weapon to tase her 4-5 times in order to knock her out most possibly for robbery. The noise of the attack woke her roommate up and the latter got out her room, saw the man in action. That just was the reason made the man run way and saved Jenni’s life. Jenni’s face was sewed by 5 stitches and one eye was severely injured.

We , the Building Supervision Committee , would like to remind all residents to be aware of your surrounding and do not walk alone especially in the evening when entering the building to get into your flat. Please inform immediately to other residents , to any competent people, to the police 113 when you see any suspect people and suspect evidence which might harm the security in the building.

For the time being, we are working with local competent authorities to have more solutions to strengthen the security of the building in order to protect normal life of all residents. You may rest assure that we are doing our utmost with all competent authorities to get the safety for the building soonest.
